It is our distinct pleasure to invite you to participate in the National Black Chamber of Commerce 27th Annual Conference being held in Atlanta, Georgia. Our conference theme this year is Economic Empowerment, Through Entrepreneurial Pursuits. This conference will be locally hosted by the Georgia Greater Black Chamber of Commerce. NBCC provides resources to support the development of startups and established minority-owned businesses. We are expecting more than 300 engaged business professionals to attend this amazing conference.
This year’s conference will be held at the marvelous Morrow Center (NBCC will provide shuttles between the hotel & Morrow Center). The hotel of choice is the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway. From the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to the hotel take the free, 2-minute ride on the ATL SkyTrain: Take the train to GICC Gateway stop. Take the elevator down to ground level. The hotel is just outside the station. The estimated taxi fare is $10.00 one way from the hotel to the airport.
Our Atlanta affiliate, Georgia Greater Black Chamber of Commerce, will connect us with a portion of the 250,000 Black businesses throughout Georgia. Black businesses comprise 26% of Georgia businesses which is the second largest in the nation.
Our four-day convention offers entrepreneurial resources through paneled discussions, and high-level networking with successful entrepreneurs and business leaders complemented by intimate breakout sessions. Participants will engage in informative dialogues with national and international leaders. Panel topics include TeleMedicine, Cyber Security, Privacy, Capital Access, Digital Equity, Tech, Film, Trade & Ports, Infrastructure, Diaspora Trade, and Fashion. Last year’s speakers included Senator Tim Scott, NNPA’s Dr. Benjamin Chavis, and Pastor Jamal Bryant to name a few.
